What you'll do

• Represent clients in federal and state tax controversies, audits, and examinations
• handle administrative appeals, collections, penalty abatements, installment agreements, offers in compromise, and voluntary disclosures
• represent clients before the U.S. Tax Court and in other tax litigation
• draft protests, IDR responses, pleadings, motions, and settlement submissions
• advise on tax compliance and controversy matters
• manage matters independently and collaborate with clients and legal teams.
