The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician role is onsite in Jamaica, New York. Pay is $22 to $25 per hour. The role supports Lighthouse's ABA therapy services for children with autism and other special needs. The technician delivers individualized one-on-one therapy under BCBA supervision, tracks client progress, and works with families and the interdisciplinary team to reinforce skills and support client development and independence.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions following individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• collect assessment and progress data
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate with caregivers
• document sessions
• participate in training and professional development.
