Case Manager

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-230pm, Every other Saturday 7am-9am. Community Medical Services (CMS) is urgently hiring a Case Manager to help individuals suffering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances gain access to care. Every day, under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact for behavioral health services required outside of the counsel
