What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day flight-training program delivery and compliance with company standards and 14 CFR Part 121
• maintain training records and standardize training
• evaluate requirements and develop training solutions
• coordinate with Flight Operations leadership
• maintain ETOPS training
• implement safety risk management
• supervise and assess staff
• oversee instructor delivery and equipment readiness
• manage staffing and recommend budgets
• oversee FAA training records and qualifications.
