What you'll do

• Welcome residents and guests
• manage check-ins and check-outs and respond to inquiries
• maintain visitor logs
• answer phones and relay messages
• conduct scheduled building patrols
• ensure doors and gates are secured
• respond to emergencies by contacting appropriate services
• enforce building policies
• monitor parking
• report unusual activity
• manage resident complaints
• coordinate with supportive staff
• maintain accurate records and required paperwork.
