What you'll do

• Provide customer service, sales, and operational support for the Service Center
• answer calls and greet visitors
• resolve billing problems
• research shipment tracking requests and attempt to resolve misplaced shipments
• coordinate with Sales and Service on customer problems
• assist with sorting, loading, unloading, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, and payments
• dispatch pickup and delivery information and arrange daily pickup schedules
• may prepare import/export documentation and assist with customs clearance in some markets.
