Supply/Demand Manager

The Supply/Demand Manager role is onsite in Winchester, VA, with a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year, and reports to the COO. Desi Fresh Foods manufactures cultured dairy products, including yogurt, yogurt drinks, sour cream, and dips; the role supports its growing operations team. The manager aligns demand forecasts with production, procurement, inventory, and customer needs. By coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, the role aims to improve forecast accuracy, balance supply and demand, and support timely, complete customer fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts
• plan raw material requirements with logistics, procurement, and suppliers
• manage warehouse inventory and logistics managers
• create and track purchase orders
• develop and improve demand forecasts using statistical models, sales history, and market intelligence
• support S&OP
• identify forecast and supply gaps
• track forecast accuracy, bias, error, and OTIF delivery
• use ERP and planning tools for reports and dashboards
• collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse
• recommend process improvements and support inventory optimization
• assist with customer complaints and order issues
• lead, coach, and support the planning team.

Why this role

Food, dairy, or CPG experience strongly preferred; five or more years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, including three years managing people; bachelor’s degree in a related field.
