What you'll do

• Assess, stage, treat, and monitor pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and chronic ulcers using evidence-based protocols
• develop and oversee individualized wound care plans
• coordinate timely treatments and dressing changes
• identify infection or decline early
• lead pressure-injury prevention through skin assessments and risk evaluations
• educate staff
• monitor repositioning and support-surface use
• and maintain wound documentation for care planning, MDS accuracy, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
