The Regional Registered Nurse role is onsite, based at the Carefree Living community closest to the employee’s residence; the listing location is Virginia, MN. Compensation is $105,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports assisted living communities across Northern Minnesota, including Aurora, Babbitt, Buhl, Cook, Ely, Silver Bay, and Virginia. The Regional RN provides clinical leadership, staff development, quality assurance, and regulatory support across multiple communities to promote resident-centered care and consistent clinical operations.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and support to regional nursing teams
• ensure resident care quality and regulatory compliance
• advise community leaders and care staff
• conduct assessments, audits, chart reviews, and quality assurance activities
• support survey readiness and corrective action planning
• guide nursing processes and documentation
• provide staff education, mentorship, training, and coaching
• assist with onboarding and competency evaluations
• support quality improvement, staffing, recruitment, and retention initiatives.

Why this role
