What you'll do

• Direct and contribute to a team of 2–4 firmware engineers
• design, develop, test, and maintain firmware for motion control products
• mentor the team
• collaborate across engineering functions on requirements
• oversee control algorithm implementation and optimization
• oversee testing and debugging
• maintain design, implementation, and testing documentation and process expectations
• participate in code reviews
• support hardware and software integration and troubleshooting
• lead process improvement
• track developments in embedded systems and motion control.
