HR Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and employment documentation
• monitor and track HR requests
• coordinate audit requests and follow-up
• support HR reporting and data validation
• coordinate HR vendor activities
• support monthly HR metrics and dashboard preparation
• assist with relocation and immigration administration
• maintain project plans and action logs
• create and maintain SOPs and process documents
• identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve consistency.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five or more years in HR operations or a related area, and three or more years with Workday or another HRIS. Global or multi-country HR experience is preferred. The role is restricted to authorized U.S. work locations and does not state visa sponsorship.
