This role exists to facilitate the daily operations of the Early Learning Center, ensuring high-quality programming and compliance with all licensing standards. The lead works closely with staff to plan and deliver enrichment activities while serving as a positive role model for youth participants.

What you'll do

• Facilitate daily operations of the Early Learning Center, work with teachers on program planning and delivery, ensure compliance with licensing standards, report participant hours to DHS, promote program enrollment, and assist with community events.
