Laser Operator

The Laser Operator role is onsite in Parkston, SD. Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience. MDS Manufacturing produces agricultural loader attachments and manufactures and services products for the swine industry. The operator sets up and runs laser cutting equipment to meet job specifications and production quality standards. The role also supports reliable machine operation through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to job orders and specifications
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
• perform routine maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• monitor cutting processes for production quality
• follow technical documents and procedures
• lift or move 50 pounds or more as required.
