What you'll do

• Plan, track, monitor, and analyze surface ship training and certification
• create and present Flag Level briefs
• support Surface Warfare Enterprise requirements development and resourcing for surface ship training
• apply knowledge of training manuals, fleet training processes, readiness strategies, and related initiatives.

Why this role

Requires 20 years of surface Navy experience, Surface Warfare Officer and Tactical Action Officer qualifications, and five years at a major staff or training command. U.S. citizenship and a bachelor’s degree are required; an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
