What you'll do

• Assist preconstruction with estimates and project plans
• participate in proposals
• lead project turnover from preconstruction to construction
• support scope comparisons, vendor selection, and contract administration
• analyze and mitigate risks
• monitor construction for contract, code, and safety compliance
• review scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• report milestones, deliverables, deficiencies, risks, and issues. Travel is required because projects are outside Wichita.
