What you'll do

• Educate customers and make recommendations during the loan or pawn process. Assist with account management and recovery, including collection calls
• pursue performance goals through partnerships, referrals, and store or community events. Build customer relationships, coach Customer Service Representatives when applicable, maintain accurate POS records, support compliance, manage opening and closing procedures including vault, cash drawer, and deposits, and help maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
