What you'll do

• Supervise visits between children and parents or other family members in visitation rooms or community locations
• ensure appropriate interactions
• document scheduled visitation outcomes in the Florida Safe Families Network within 48 hours
• respond to emails and phone calls
• contact case management staff with concerns or relevant information
• maintain client files and provide needed information
• respond to the culturally defined needs of families.
