What you'll do

• Provide front-line technical support to external clients, primarily by inbound phone
• troubleshoot entry-level issues, resolve or escalate appropriately, document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, communicate ticket status and next steps, use knowledge base tools, collaborate with team members, and identify process improvement opportunities. The schedule is 10:30 AM–7:00 PM MT and may include weekends, holidays, overtime, and shift changes.
