What you'll do

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service
• build customer relationships through outreach and clienteling
• support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance
• assist with phone orders and customer inquiries
• serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• coach and support Sales Associates
• assist with merchandising, inventory, shipment processing, cash management, bank deposits, and store organization
• help maintain a clean and welcoming store.
