What you'll do

• Prepare cooking surfaces and ready the kitchen for service
• prepare vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast foods according to recipes and specifications
• stock and monitor hot cases
• prepare items for upcoming shifts
• take guest orders as needed
• order supplies or notify the department head of needs
• maintain sanitation and an organized work area
• assist in other store areas and assigned projects.
