What you'll do

• Receive blended flavor batches and process them using homogenizers, centrifuges, and filter presses
• weigh and document ingredients
• follow equipment SOPs, GMP, food and flavor regulations, kosher requirements, and safety protocols
• operate equipment to product instructions
• maintain process and material data
• retrieve and record ingredients and packaging with lot numbers and FIFO rotation
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• complete equipment checklists
• handle and document hazardous waste
• participate in training. May perform Compounder duties as needed.
