School Social Worker

The School Social Worker role is onsite in Orland Park, IL. Compensation is $35–$55 per hour. The role supports students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs through counseling, participation in support and individualized education program processes, and collaboration with families and school staff. It contributes to coordinated student care and development while maintaining required records, timelines, and services.

What you'll do

• Provide counseling to students and parents
• participate in multi-tiered support and interdisciplinary meetings
• contribute to initial and annual IEP development as appropriate
• collaborate with and coach families and staff
• follow recordkeeping, eligibility, timeline, and procedural safeguard requirements
• maintain a schedule for required meetings and services.
