The Back-of-House Team Member role is onsite in Montgomery, AL. Pay is $14–$16 per hour. Pies & Pints is seeking kitchen team members to help maintain its pizza and food offerings. The role supports kitchen service by preparing ingredients, setting up and stocking workstations, storing food properly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Team members may work across kitchen stations and help others in the restaurant as needed.

What you'll do

• Keep the kitchen and assigned station safe, clean, and sanitized
• prepare fresh ingredients
• store food and other items properly
• stock and restock at the beginning and end of shifts
• set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• work across kitchen stations including prep, topping, expo, appetizer/salad, and dish room
• communicate clearly and assist the restaurant team.
