What you'll do
- Administer and document regularly prescribed medications
- Order meds from the pharmacy
- Document medications given in the resident’s medical record
- Observe and report reactions and side effects
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents.
