• maintain a renewal calendar and pipeline
• set targets and report forecasts
• coordinate pricing, scope, terms, and documentation
• prepare and deliver proposals
• manage customer and stakeholder relationships
• develop plans for at-risk accounts
• identify opportunities for additional services
• maintain CRM and business-system records
• analyze renewal trends and improve processes.
