What you'll do

• Coordinate regional initiatives from planning through completion
• maintain systems for tracking priorities, commitments, KPIs, and action items
• analyze operating and financial data and develop recommendations
• prepare for meetings and communications, follow up on decisions, and address issues when appropriate
• support the region’s meeting and reporting cadence
• coordinate across internal teams
• support customer relationships and field operations
• take on special projects such as market expansion and process improvement.
