Community Liaison

Job overview

The Community Liaison role is onsite in Kansas City, KS, supporting the Topeka, Manhattan, and Lawrence region. Base salary is $50,000–$95,000 per year, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary, palliative, and hospice care to patients, including people with chronic conditions and limited mobility. The liaison promotes hospice and house-call services, builds referral relationships with healthcare and community organizations, and provides outreach and education. The role also analyzes service-area and marketing information and develops, implements, and reviews marketing plans to support patient referrals and community awareness.

What you'll do

• Promote hospice and house-call services
• visit physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources
• analyze service-area potential, marketing data, company strengths and weaknesses, product lines, and patient relationships
• develop sales and marketing objectives, projections, and plans
• implement and evaluate plans
• attend interdisciplinary group meetings as appropriate
• assist office staff as needed
• provide community outreach and education.
