Community Services Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Interview clients and collect documentation
• calculate income and enter applications
• assess needs and eligibility
• explain paperwork and make referrals
• maintain accurate case files
• prepare utility vouchers and pledges
• reconcile account balances
• provide case management and develop service plans
• follow up on client goals
• provide energy education and budget counseling
• conduct rental-assistance inspections as needed
• coordinate outreach, community partnerships, food distribution, and volunteers
• maintain assigned office and agency vehicle.
