Job overview
The Registered Nurse Nursing Supervisor – Assisted Living role is onsite in Englewood, NJ. The schedule is 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with every other weekend and assigned holiday coverage. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 annually. The Actors Fund Home is an accredited assisted living and skilled nursing facility. The supervisor oversees day-to-day nursing activities in the Assisted Living unit and helps ensure continuous service coverage and quality resident care. The role supports the Director of Nursing through staffing, care planning, policy implementation, documentation, incident follow-up, and quality assurance.
What you'll do
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily Assisted Living nursing operations
- staff and schedule nursing personnel and work as a staff nurse if needed
- support nursing policies, audits, reports, charting, incident investigations, and medication cart checks
- assist with care planning and MDS 3.0 forms
- monitor call alerts and electronic charting
- participate in performance evaluations and quality assurance
- float to other units when needed.
