What you'll do

• safely clean, cut, and prepare meat, fish, and poultry as assigned
• set up utensils and the steam line according to the menu plan
• lead and serve the food line
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• maintain an organized and safe workstation
• minimize food waste and spoilage
• use required personal protective equipment
• and provide courteous customer and guest service.
