Technology Operations Coordinator

What you'll do

• Maintain hardware inventory and software licensing records
• track renewals, usage, compliance, and technology metrics
• develop budgets and forecasts
• liaise with the outsourced IT partner on requests and tickets
• coordinate technology procurement
• maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists
• communicate technology updates
• support new tools, expense tracking, SOPs, audits, and operational projects.
