Compensation is $25–$45 per year. The B-Level Automotive Technician (B-Level) is an onsite role based in Palmyra, NJ. as a fixed salary, but the role offers a hybrid pay plan with an estimated earning potential of $80,000-$100,000 annually based on productivity and bonuses. Advantage Auto Service is a busy, team-focused repair shop that supports professional growth and provides a comfortable, climate-controlled work environment. This role exists to perform general automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle inspections to ensure efficient shop operations. The technician will contribute to the team's goals by completing diagnostic tasks, coordinating with management, and maintaining high standards of service for a variety of domestic and Asian vehicles.

What you'll do

• Perform general automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle inspections.
• Complete brake, suspension, cooling system, water pump, window regulator, and external engine component repairs.
• Perform basic to intermediate automotive diagnostics using scan tools.
• Service Asian, domestic, European, and fleet vehicles.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Tekmetric.
• Coordinate with shop foreman to maintain efficient repair workflow.
