Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Warren, RI, with compensation of $18–$21 per hour. Element2 Group’s warehouse work supports supply-chain efficiency. The role helps keep warehouse operations moving by receiving and organizing shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting safe, orderly work areas. The associate also works with teammates to meet daily operational goals.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• pick and pack orders
• conduct stock counts
• assist with loading and unloading
• maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse
• use warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
• report discrepancies to a supervisor. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
