Director of Business Development

Job overview

The Director of Business Development role is onsite in Jackson, OH, with an annual salary of $70,000–$80,000. The position is part of the Jackson Care Center leadership team and supports the facility’s growth, programs, and services. The director develops and implements marketing and public relations initiatives to maintain and increase census and accurately communicate facility services. The role also supports policy development, customer satisfaction tracking, staff training, budgeting, and resident rights to help the facility sustain quality care.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement marketing and public relations programs
• maintain policies and procedures governing release of facility information
• assist department directors with marketing and public relations procedures
• review and update policies annually
• support customer satisfaction surveys
• ensure public information about facility services is accurate
• assist with staff training and orientation
• prepare a departmental operating budget and allocate resources
• submit financial records and expense reports
• honor resident rights and report complaints or grievances.
