What you'll do

• Hire, train, and lead the parts team
• maintain inventory for service, body shop, wholesale, and retail customers
• set pricing strategies
• adjust inventory to reduce obsolescence and improve turnover
• develop wholesale parts programs and promotions
• ensure timely internal jobs and special orders
• analyze sales, expenses, and inventory
• oversee shipping, receiving, and order processing
• build customer relationships and resolve concerns.
