Construction Project Engineer — Commercial Projects

Job overview

The Construction Project Engineer role is based onsite in Milford, OH, with occasional travel to project sites, including out-of-state travel. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. What you'll do

• Set up projects and coordinate subcontractor onboarding and closeout documentation
• maintain project records in Procore, Excel, and related systems
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and drawings
• prepare RFIs, submittals, and contracts
• support estimating, planning, scheduling, permitting, and construction coordination
• assess costs and change orders
• coordinate with subcontractors, clients, site personnel, and internal teams.
