What you'll do

• Review, verify, and prioritize medication orders using Epic
• check doses, timing, allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities
• dispense labeled medications using scanning processes
• follow USP 797/800 guidelines
• coordinate support personnel
• monitor drug supply and inventory
• maintain required pharmacy records
• follow hospital safety policies
• contribute to problem-solving and quality improvement.

Why this role

A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD is required, along with licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio. One or two years of hospital experience is preferred.
