The Long-Term Care Nurse role is onsite in Oshkosh, WI, working two shifts per two-week pay period from 2:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. on every other Saturday and Sunday. Pay is $33–$37 per hour for registered nurses or $22.75–$26 per hour for licensed practical nurses, based on experience. The role supports Evergreen Retirement Community’s mission to provide exceptional care and a welcoming environment for residents. The nurse provides individualized care that promotes residents’ well-being in a long-term care setting. The role contributes to coordinated resident care through assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues and families.

What you'll do

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• build relationships with residents and families and provide emotional support and education
• maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• participate in staff training and development.
