What you'll do

• Supervise scaffold construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling
• create and track scaffold tickets
• supervise plant-based crews
• organize crews and delegate work
• ensure equipment is available
• drive and pull equipment to regional locations
• engage with clients and vendors to understand needs
• enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
• maintain client relations
• develop a high-performing team
• lead installation, assembly, dismantlement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
