The Registered Nurse position is onsite in Lutz, FL, with full-time and part-time opportunities and 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts. Pay is $35–$40 per hour. Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation focused on individual wellness and quality of life. Under the Director of Nursing, the nurse oversees daily nursing activities and supervises nursing personnel during assigned shifts. The role monitors care delivery and staff performance, addresses resident-care concerns, coordinates services to support continuity, and reports recommendations to nursing leadership.

What you'll do

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance
• conduct shift staff meetings
• identify resident-care problems and implement corrective action
• provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• help coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
