What you'll do

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, banquets, social events, and group functions
• serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• confirm timelines, setups, food and beverage selections, audiovisual needs, and other arrangements
• prepare and maintain Banquet Event Orders and event documentation
• communicate event details to hotel departments
• coordinate room setups and menus
• review spaces before functions
• maintain a visible presence during assigned events and help resolve concerns
• track timelines, maintain event files, assist with event-related financial documentation, and conduct post-event follow-up.
