Asset Management Associate, Multifamily Real Estate

What you'll do

• Monitor assets against budgets, forecasts, business plans, and market benchmarks
• analyze operating metrics and variances
• collaborate with community management and onsite teams
• support leasing, rent, concession, renewal, and marketing recommendations
• prepare forecasts, budgets, cash-flow projections, and performance reports
• develop financial and sensitivity analyses
• validate data and maintain models
• support business plans, market research, underwriting, due diligence, refinancing, and dispositions
• prepare executive materials and participate in asset reviews.
