What you'll do

• Follow standard procedures for patient registration and face-to-face check-in/check-out
• perform preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections
• reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes
• serve as a resource for Clinic Service Representatives and assist with new-hire training
• discuss general financial responsibilities and connect patients with the Customer Service Center
• support patients and clinic staff in a fast-paced environment.
