What you'll do

• Prepare and teach lessons using the school’s curriculum
• demonstrate swimming strokes and skills
• maintain swimmers’ safety and whereabouts
• assess student abilities and recommend placement or advancement
• communicate about lesson plans and progress
• address behavior issues
• maintain teaching equipment and safe facilities
• and attend scheduled meetings and training.
