What you'll do

• Manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from intake through completion
• draft and review estate planning documents
• handle probate administration, including filings, creditor claims, inventories, and distributions
• advise trustees and personal representatives
• handle related real estate and business transactions
• meet with clients and conduct signings
• maintain organized, documented matters in a paperless cloud-based practice.
