Senior Family Law Paralegal is a hybrid-eligible role for someone living in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with case-related activities in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year plus bonus. Hargrave Family Law supports clients seeking a compassionate, non-adversarial approach to divorce and family-law matters. The paralegal supports attorneys and clients through case preparation, document management, deadlines, and hearing and mediation preparation. The role helps move cases toward resolution while providing organized, sensitive, and strategic client support.

What you'll do

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, reports, and correspondence
• draft discovery and coordinate document collection and review
• prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, conferences, and mediations and attend when required
• monitor court and client dockets and update Clio
• communicate with clients
• manage calendars, deadlines, workflow, and case files
• notarize documents as needed
• suggest process improvements
• meet annual billing minimums of at least 1,500 hours.
