The Culinary Aide helps the culinary team deliver meals and maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining spaces. Through food-service support, sanitation, and courteous resident interactions, the role contributes to residents’ daily dining experience and well-being.

What you'll do

• Greet residents during meal service
• support a positive dining atmosphere
• maintain dining areas
• assist with meal service and prep cooking tasks as directed
• stock and organize supplies
• help coordinate meal flow
• put away deliveries and organize inventory
• wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
• clean kitchen and dining areas
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection-control, OSHA, CDC, and local health guidelines
• report safety or equipment concerns
• collaborate with culinary and other team members
• maintain confidentiality.
