Registered Nurse, Infection Prevention

Compensation is $2,280 per hour. The Registered Nurse, Infection Prevention role is onsite in Franklin, NH, with a scheduled shift of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The nurse supports the center’s infection prevention and control program and employee health activities. The nurse monitors infection risks, investigates and reports infections, supports outbreak management, and educates staff on infection-control practices. The role helps protect patients, employees, and others by maintaining surveillance, supporting vaccination and antimicrobial stewardship programs, and integrating infection prevention with quality processes.

What you'll do

• Provide infection prevention training during employee orientation
• review immunization documentation and ensure required TB screening and hepatitis B vaccination processes
• develop and deliver staff education
• conduct unit rounds and monitor infection-control practices
• maintain surveillance records and analyze trends
• support risk assessments, QAPI, vaccination programs, antimicrobial stewardship, and employee health tracking.
