The Crew Member role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with field service projects throughout Western Washington; compensation is $17–$18 per hour. EarthCorps is a Seattle-based nonprofit that develops environmental leaders through hands-on service to land and community. Crew members work in supervised teams on ecological restoration projects, helping restore habitat, improve water and air quality, reduce erosion, and engage communities in stewardship while building practical and leadership skills.

What you'll do

• Complete field restoration projects with crews of five to seven
• perform vegetation control, indigenous plant installation, and site maintenance
• carry out project work under staff supervision
• contribute to project quality and efficiency
• follow safety practices for coworkers and the public
• participate in training, collaboration, and structured reflection.
