What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ nutritional needs
• provide nutrition education
• work with the team on MDS and nutrition assessments
• guide dining services, including meal rounds and sanitation practices
• support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• train and guide dining managers and staff
• assist with policy development
• monitor implementation of nutritional care systems.
